General Conditions of Sale

Objects
These general conditions of sale govern contractual relations
between "Chaudron et Baluchons" and its customers.
They specify in particular the conditions of ordering, payment, delivery and return of products sold by the seller.

Products
The products offered for sale by the Seller are objects made of animal, vegetable and synthetic fibers such as merino wool, cotton, hemp, linen, lurex, polymer.
Each product is accompanied by a detailed description in order to best inform the customer of its essential characteristics.

Orders
The customer can place an order on the "ProArtista" website, by phone or by email.
The order will only be definitively registered after acceptance of payment by the seller.

Price and Payment
Product prices are listed in Euros and do not include delivery charges, which will be added when the order is confirmed. Payment can be made by credit card, check, bank card, or bank transfer.

Delivery
The products will be shipped to the address indicated by the customer when ordering. Delivery times are estimated at 15 days. The seller cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to the carrier.

Right of Withdrawal
The customer has a legal period of 14 days from receipt of the products to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide reasons or pay penalties.
This withdrawal period is provided for in article L221-18 of the Code
of French consumption.

Returns and Refunds
In the event of exercising the right of withdrawal, the customer must return the product in its original condition, and the seller undertakes to reimburse the customer within 14
days from receipt of the returned product.
If the customer has chosen a more expensive delivery method than the standard delivery method, the seller is not obliged
to reimburse additional costs.
These rules are defined by article L221-24 of the French Consumer Code.

Guarantee
The products sold by the Seller are subject to the legal guarantee of conformity provided for by articles L.217-4 to L.217-14 of the Consumer Code.
The customer can contact the seller for any complaints related to product conformity.

9. Protection of Personal Data
The seller is committed to protecting the privacy of its customers and processing their personal data in accordance with its privacy policy.

DisputesIn the event of a dispute
The parties will endeavor to reach an amicable resolution. Failing this, the Commercial Court of Angoulême is located at the following address:
